Our Mission

SupaMoto is a Zambian company on a mission to make cooking cleaner, cheaper and safer. The stoves and the pellets are only half of it. The other half is people: someone who can sit with a family, understand how they cook, and show them there is a better way.

The SupaMoto Academy is where we find those people, and where we build them.

Who the Academy is for

Bringing new talent into SupaMoto.

Wherever the company needs a skill, the Academy is where we look first, and where we train the people already here.

Building programmes with communities.

Bauleni is our first. Young people learn the work in their own neighbourhood, serving their own customers, and what we learn there we carry to the next community.

Opening a path for young Zambians.

Clean energy is a growing industry in this country. The Academy is a way in.

What you will be able to do

By the end of the programme you will explain how a SupaMoto stove and our pellets work, in your own words, to someone who has never seen one. You will find out what a household really needs before you sell them anything. You will demonstrate the stove properly, answer hard questions honestly, follow up with people who said no the first time, work towards a goal you have agreed, and carry yourself as a professional in every home you enter.

You will not study this work. You will do it.

How it works

Two weeks. Fifteen days of real work, in your own community.

01

Learn

The product, the customer, and how a sale actually happens.

02

Practise and Earn

Your own customers, your own demonstrations, your first sales.

03

Perform

On your own, with coaches watching from a distance.

Every day you produce one piece of evidence that the work happened. We call it your Claim, and it is checked before it counts, because anyone can say they did the work. You will be able to show it.

What happens at the end

Complete the two weeks and meet the standard in the final assessment, and you will be offered employment with SupaMoto.
